Can someone tell me how to use UV mapping and make textures work? I'm using Milkshape 3D, if that helps. I don't know if this is something you do in Blitz, or in Milkshape. Anyone?

If you have the cash, it's only a small amount really. you should definetly try out ultimate unwrap. Absolutely excellent program! You can texture the model and adjust the UV co-ords so the texture changes in real time. Very handy. :)

Texture mapping is done in a 3D art tool, not in Blitz. I would also recommend Ultimate Unwrap; it is my favorite UV mapping tool. That said however it is perfectly possible to texture map models in Milkshape. Make sure to read the tutorials on the Milkshape website (Scarecrow's in particular.)
