Hi, I have been trying to create a multi-layered texture with the following effect. A base colour map, not tiled, a tiled detail map, a second tiled detail map and an alpha mask to allow variation between the two detail maps. I have not been able to get this to work despite trawling the forums for clues. Any help or an indication of whether this is possible will be much appreciated. (The clumps of hair are getting thinner.) |

Hi Owl, Take a look in the code forums for Alpha stuff, there's plenty there on 3d&2d and alpha - that is, if your using Blitz3d. You've got no hope if you're using 2d. Later, Jes |

Thanx. I am using b3d. I could not find any specific solution in the forum regarding this question though. Has anyone successfully pulled it off? |
