hello stupid beginner question... how do i convert a free .max file into something that blitz can load, the cheapest possible way?

B3D Pipeline if you have 3DSMax. If not, then... I think Deep Exploration can do it, but don't quote me.

A cheap way is to buy 3dsmax it's not that much honest!

Buying 3dsmax isnt cheap, its a few grand.

Deep Exploration can do it, but the version I have does it by using 3dsMax runtime files which means 3dsMax must be installed on your hard drive anyway ( kinda pointless? probably. ) There may be another version that has native support for Max, but it may also be that Max is a closed format, in which case you either have to buy 3dsMax or make friends with someone who did.
