Blitz doesn't have any functions for recording sound, but clever folks have used DLL's to do all sorts of things which Bltiz isn't capable of.

I added record functions (microphone among other devices) to bass.dll some times ago. You can find blitzbass.dll on Rob Hutchison's website. freeware products only! Using viavoice (IBM), I pass recognized words to blitz.
