For doing what? Creating TTFs? If you want to create bitmap fonts from existing TTFs, try FONText.

If you want to create your own bitmap fonts and use them with a replacement of the blitz Text command, see my sig. [edit] FONtext is what you want to use if you're doing a 3D game, TBH. Either way, both are free. :)
