I am fairly sure that you use double punctuation to continue a line.

SetColor((palette[TXT_COLOUR] & $FF0000) Shr 16, ..
         (palette[TXT_COLOUR] & $FF00) Shr 8, ..
          palette[TXT_COLOUR] & $FF)
