I've been programming with C# and was wondering, is there a way to use a C# Wpf App tools( Like Buttons , TextBoxes ) ?

Maybe look into MaxGUI?

Brucey's modules include a wrapper for wxWidgets, which is one of my favourite GUIs for BMax.

AFAIK, you can't use the .net library from BMax, so you can't use the WPF framework.
