"Frontline" question

For fun, im trying to construct a map of which would be like in a war, with the frontline as soon. For example, http://www.wwiionline.com , look at the map there. Command points are used to denote the ut most closet points for a specific team, and those are connected to the points above and below it. Now my problem comes in, I just cant get it to work! The code I got now is a mess, and wont do at all. How could I possibly do this? (using types)

FYI, your link has a comma in it... Looks tricky. I'm not entirely sure what's the best (or only?) method. Since I'm not familiar with the game, does the, say blue line (on the left), represent the front line of the force on the right or the force on the left?
