Is there a B3D editor where I can tweak a few vertices (edit an existing B3D model) then save out INCLUDING the original animation?

Sorry - my mistake, you're right. Though I must say that it took me two hours to work out how to move a single vertex - the 'help file' doesn't cover it - I found it in UV mapping. (?!) Never mind, I found that FragMotion can import b3d's and export ms3d's.
