Hey. I have this explosion sprite that I photoshop'ed just now. If you like it you can have it. |
| ||
| Nice, thank you. Would be more useful with transparency channel. |
| ||
| Yeah - can you convert it to png. Please? |
| ||
| There you go. Alpha channel added. :) |
| ||
| Well done, many thanks again. :-) |
| ||

| That's weird. :) |

| i'm sitting on a school pc here and that pic above is censored! Most likely the firewall just flags the hosting domain (tinypic.com) altogether because it also hosts some less suitable images. |
| ||
| I would use ImageShack or PhotoBucket but they are too slow. |

Here is another one. I like this one better than the first. Slightly smaller (100px smaller)![]() Free to use. |
| ||
| That is cool! What version of photoshop do you have? what filters etc are you using? |
| ||
| That is cool! Thanks. What version of photoshop do you have? 5.0. I know, old version. :P what filters etc are you using? Um... 'Distort > Glass' and 'Blur > Radial Blur (Zoom)' |
| ||
| Those look cool. Thanks, Ked |
| ||
| Thanks Ked :D |
| ||
| 2nd looks like a bang 1st kinda looks like a windows media visualisation ;) |
| ||
| Ked: Color dodge and radial blur do not create explosions. If you really want to make one look good, find out what a real explosion looks like. As-is, these look nothing like explosions; the first, at best, looks like the flash from a gun-barrel (stretching it) and the second looks closest to sparks, but that's also stretching it. Again, look at real explosions. |
| ||
| Ouch... |
| ||
| *sniff* I smell conceit. Please go away dude. Far, far away. |

| What else was he going to call the topic? 'One gun-barrel flash and a spark?' I prefer 'explosion'... =P |
