Blitz TrueType font

This was inspired by Warpy Edit: no I tell a lie, it was Foppy here who was complaining he couldn't use Blitz.fon in his IDE or something. Anyway, I created this in FontForge 2 which is a cool program, but don't use autotrace -centerline. :) Tested on XP and ubuntu, should work on a Mac. Download blitz-ttf.zip here and read the readme.txt: http://www.blitzmax.com/logs/userlog.php?user=8652&log=1737 Maybe someone will test it for me and/or write up an install guide for Mac? |

Mac install guide? Okay... here goes... 1) Double click the .ttf file Icon. 2) Click on "Install Font" button on the Font Book window. Addendum for those that don't know how to use their computer... 1) Double click on the .zip file. 2) Double click on the new folder, "blitz-ttf". Inside you will see, as if by magic, a readme.txt file, and the font file. 3) Double click the .ttf file Icon. 4) Click on "Install Font" button on the Font Book window. 5) Close Font Book. 6) Drag the "blitz-ttf" folder to the Trash can in your Dock. :o) |

Thank you Sir. I have taken the liberty of copy 'n pasting your second guide into my readme.txt file. I will assume it works on a Mac. |

I just updated the zip to include a bitmap font for Linux, Blitz10.pcf, which looks better than the TrueType font. |

Great! I am now using it for Blitzmax in BLIde. Thanks very much for creating this! :) |

You're welcome, Foppy. I created another version of the Blitz font which I have called BlitzLight. I added it to the blitz-ttf.zip. See the readme.txt for more. I like it. What do you think? |

It's ok but I think I like the original fat version better. ;) |
