It's rubbish. Then again, it may be good for Colombia, I don't know. /shrugs/

Better than many areas of the USA that are stuck with 768K DSL or something slower.

It's not great, but should be perfectly usable for most things other than HD video streaming. My first DSL line used to get 0.76 / 0.12

I'd say it depends on how much you're paying for it. My first DSL line was 1.00/0.3 and I was paying $19.95US a month for it. I've now got a 10.0/1.0 line that's costing me $30US a month. Your ping rate is great though.
