| Simply awesome ravey! Some questions: - Do the flames cause damage already? - the pillar for the candle seems a bit too big? & perhaps a non-wooden texture (=golden) would fit better? - How about making some secret areas behind these windows (break glass?) - is it possible to let these (nearly as cute as me) egg creatures leave some footprints on the ground? Just some things the popped up my mind. No critique! :) |

| Hey... you could place sprites .1 units above the ground wherever the leg falls, and then slowly fade out the sprite and then when alpha=0, delete it. the sprite would have to be an alpha'd texture though..... Anyway, It looks really nice! great dynamic flames! |

I like em big, i want the whole world to be oversized, good point about the texture - thanks :) 3. Hey I like that idea a lot - nice one :) 4. yeah sounds fun that. Bot - good plan, i'll use quads rather than sprites so I can make all the foot prints the same surface. Thanks again guys :) |

| Looks very nice. The eggy guys look like a "Rosso Rabbit in Trouble" ripoff though. Beside any legal problems, it's a shame since the rest seems very original. Maybe Rosso ripped them too, and It's just me not knowing the origin of these guys? |

| I see what you mean! a cracked egg with a lil bird head poking out cant be copyrighted...can it? I like my eggs :< I'll email the people who make this game, see if they look on it as a problem. Thanks Peter! |

| I emailed the makers of "Rosso Rabbit" with screen shots of my egg characters to ask if they felt I would be ripping off their characters (even though it is un-intentional). I received a back today: Hey Dave, we don't have a problem regarding this character. For sure you can use it for your game! Thanks for asking and all the very best for you and the project! good luck, xxxx xxxxxxx Senior Producer So that is good news :) The eggs can stay. What a nice reply - I guess they appreciated me asking and could see the innocence in it. |
