Hi, I've done a texture packer and collision-shape editor for my engine I'd like to share. It's main purpose is to create a imagestrip from a bunch of single images. There's also a polygon-editor integrated to define collision-shapes for each frame and an animation-editor to define animation-properties. Though Texpack is designed to be used with my own engine, you can easily use the generated imagestrip and the exported polygon/animation-data - they export to plain xml.
