Hi, I'm a lot of time sitting at the computer and look at the monitor. It seemed easy for me, but my eyes began to ache. And I stopped programming. I started walking a lot. And it helped my eyes.
Now every morning I walk a few hours.

God bless you!

Also not a bad idea to take small breaks every hour - I started doing 10 pushups - and those add up at the end of the day :)

I have a book named 'Tepemok' - it's in Russian, is that where you are from?

I find the only way to stay healthy is take regular breaks & get some exercise, even if its just a walk. Sitting for long hours is very bad for you in the long run.

Take it easy and find some hobbies or other life stuff that doesn't involve computers or sitting.

I run 6-15 miles daily and weight train at a local gym for my 45 minute lunch break. I find exercise helps just about everything physically/mentally. If I'm on a long programming session I'll randomly take breaks to do bursts of pushups/situps.

funny. Mansion is a derivative of the word - the Terminator. (termi->terem->teremok->teremochek) (Because all the other names were employed in Google.)

Wow, I love to run.
You have a great distance, and then you have a strong heart.

My dream is a portable computer with glasses (augmented reality).
Then we can all do during the walk.
